Great experience. Last meal before lockdown and the cafe was warm and cosy with a good vibe. We had the bacon steak and the chilli scrambled eggs. Both amazing and delicious. Servings not too huge you can't finish every bite. Reasonably priced also.
Great little cafe. I ordered the breakfast board and initially it didn’t look like much, but it was so good! Great flavour and the Bircher muesli almost had a cheesecake flavour to it. Overall, our party were happy. It missed some “wow factor” and my matcha latte was ok at best. I will probably be back at some point but I’m not rushing.
Kudos to the chef! The food is so fresh and tasty, with lots of care into each dish served. Coffee and service was awesome too. There was a good mix of people in the venue, which was a credit to the relaxed vibes.
Good quality of ingredients, taste good and also great coffee. However, food is slightly cold when served (both dishes). And miscommunication on the sweet level of my matcha latte. I have been told that it’s already sweet, that’s why I don’t ask for adding honey. If I lived around here, I would come back.
Dropped in for a spontaneous brunch with a couple of friends. This cafe is great for a traditional style cafe meal, good service and a quieter atmosphere than other venues on Glen Huntly Rd. Toilets available. Parking available in the side streets or parking lots behind, free but timed.
This place has all the promise of something special. Excellent coffee, an array of treats that would give the Easter bunny a run for his money. And lovely inviting staff with great seating... even in a covid world. Chai late was powder, honey on the side was a nice touch. Almond croissant was toasted but not amazing. Prices are good. Im happy we went and tried this place, did not disappoint, but not special enough with all the competition around for me to revisit.
Cozy small Cafe in Elsternwick I had a great experience with everything, coffee, food and desert. The mixt of hash brown, bacon, tomato relish, asparagus and pesto was great great great! Love it.
